Molly McFadden

Molly McFadden, AHS Needle Editor in Chief

Senior Molly McFadden loves everything she does. That’s why she does it all. McFadden is involved in choir, show choir, fall musical, spring play, football and wrestling cheerleading, tennis, NHS, MVP mentoring, speech and debate, and Villa Dance Company. When she isn’t grinding out those activities, she can be found in the journalism department. McFadden is one of the lead editors of AHSneedle.com. She writes and edits stories, checking to make sure they are relevant, high quality, and consistent. McFadden’s favorite part about being a journalist is “getting to connect with students at AHS and the community.” She also spends time as the Student Representative for the Atlantic City Council. McFadden wasn’t always interested in journalism, as it happens freshman year she didn’t intend on taking the course. It was thanks to a friend and teacher that she was convinced to try it.

When McFadden is not busy with her many activities, she enjoys spending time with her friends who always play frisbee. McFadden’s faith is important to her. “I want everything I do in life to lead back to Jesus,” McFadden said. She is thankful she has friends that share the same faith as her and that she “has people to lean on.”
