Nina Welter, Business Manager, Yearbook Editor
Nina Welter has kept herself busy during her high school career. Welter has participated in chamber choir, show choir, tennis, the musical, and multiple branches of journalism. Welter has been in journalism since her sophomore year and has done finance, marketing, and yearbook.
Outside of school, Welter is a cashier at Hy-Vee, loves to read, and enjoys sitting outside on her porch. She also takes care of her three saint Bernards and her cat.
Welter is in the ensemble for this year's musical. “I really like singing and acting,” said Welter. She is also part of the chamber choir and show choir. She likes show choir better than chamber choir because show choir has more modern songs and dancing. This year they will be performing a color-themed show.
Welter also participates in tennis and said, “It’s a very fun sport but I probably don’t take it as seriously as I should.” She enjoys socializing, accountability, and responsibility. She looks forward to being done with high school and plans to go to college. After college, Welter plans to go into digital marketing.
