Anastasia Muell, AHS Needle Editor
It’s difficult to find a more energetic, positive and kind girl than senior Anastasia Muell. She has dedicated the past three years of her life to excelling in her activities and academics. She has participated in a myriad of extracurriculars in addition to writing articles for AHS Needle. The greater part of Muell’s articles are centered around the music department, but this year she plans to branch out with what she writes. It’s no great wonder why she enjoys writing about the music department with all that she’s involved in. This fall she will be auditioning for Allstate for her fourth and final year. She also participates in concert band, marching band, choir, show choir, and the spring musical. Her activities aren’t isolated to the arts. This will be Muell’s fourth year playing soccer. “I really enjoy it.” Muell said. She does admit, however, that the running is a lot. In her free time, Muell likes to read, listen to music, watch Netflix, and write poetry or short stories. At the close of her senior year, she plans to go to the University of Northern Iowa to study mathematics and is considering using that degree to pursue teaching.
