Laney Brosam, Yearbook Editor, Photo Editor
Senior Laney Brosam is currently in her third year of Journalism. She has been heavily involved in the yearbook department, with her primary passion being photography. “I like to take pictures and make yearbook spreads,” she said. Brosam signed up for Journalism classes because of her older cousin, Jena Brosam. She was a part of the yearbook department and would show her all the yearbook pictures. Her cousin also helped her with the yearbooks she helped make and all the photos she took.
For fun, Brosam likes to hang out with her friends and family. She works at the Country Club as a waitress and a Lifeguard at the Country Club in the summer. “I work a lot,” she said.
Other activities she’s involved in include AHS Fuel, Student Council, Dance Team, Cheerleading, Cross Country, and Track. She has also been the Boy's Basketball manager all throughout high school. Her favorite color is pink.
As far as Journalism goes, she is most looking forward to creating and designing the newest edition of the book. “I’m excited to make the yearbook because it’s a really unique theme we’re doing this year (Scrapbook) and I think it will look really cool,” Brosam said. She is also excited to take more pictures throughout the school year.
