The month of May is National Military Appreciation Month (NMAM). During May, we recognize all branches of the military: the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, Coast Guard, and Space Force. National Military Appreciation Month exists to make sure that sacrifices aren’t overlooked. In May, we also recognize military families who deal with frequent relocations and the constant worry for a military family member who’s deployed. This month, we thank all military personnel who are currently serving or have served in any branch of the military. Military personnel joined the military to serve their country. In May, we celebrate and recognize the sacrifices people make for our freedom.
