Bryer Rose

Bryer Rose, Broadcasting Anchor

Bryer Rose is a rising star in the AHS Journalism lineup. She currently works as a Fine Arts anchor on the weekly newscast “Eye of the Needle,” covering theater, chorus, band, and the arts. Rose has attended a number of workshops, including 2019 Media Now summer camp at Drake University, to learn about political reporting. She has used this training to interview 2020 Democratic presidential candidates as well as local school board candidates. 

Besides Journalism, Rose is active in swimming, which involves two-a-day practices throughout the fall. She is an advocate for support of the AHS swim team.
