Atlantic Community Finance Director and board secretary Lisa Jones is resigning after accepting the Chief Financial Officer Position with the North Scott Community School District. She is moving to the eastern side of the state to be closer to family. According to Western Iowa Today, the decision was very hard to make. While Jones worked here, she supported our students, our staff and our entire school district. This has impacted her. Jones is excited to take a new journey but is also heartfelt about leaving Atlantic as a whole. Lisa Jones’s last day will be June 18. Her contract ends on June 30.
