The Trojan volleyball team played their last home match Thursday night, Sept. 28, against the Carroll Kuemper Knights.

It was senior night for Kylie Proehl, Riley Seufert, Cheyenne Elliott, Mariah Cook, and Sidney Svoboda.

The Trojans lost to the Knights 9-25, 8-25, and 9-25. The Knights ended the night with 46 kills.

The Trojans managed to score nine, eight, and nine points, even with the height they faced on the Kuemper front row.

“We played good defense, our offense was a little off still, we just have to keep hitting hard. All around I think we play well,” said senior Sidney Svoboda.

The girls will travel to Denison-Schleswig to take on the Monarchs Tuesday, Oct. 3.
