Charisma Burg has participated in choir for three years, and cheer all four. She says that cheer is her favorite activity in high school. Burg has two younger brothers, one younger sister, and three pet dogs. Burg’s says her best memory throughout school would have to be “nap time in elementary school.” But her best memory so far in her life is “going to the tree in the middle of the road with Mckenna and Jordan.” If she could have any superpower, Burg says she would want to have “invisibility so I could mess with people without them having a clue.”

Burg says that she is proud of the person she’s become. Looking back on high school, Burg says that Mr. Smith made the biggest impact on her, “he would always push me further even when I wanted to give up.” Burg is planning on going EQ in Council Bluffs for hair school, “working in a salon every weekend, really pushed me towards going to school for cosmetology,” she said. in 10 years she hopes that she has a steady job outside of Atlantic. As she leaves AHS, Burg wants to be remembered as “the freakin’ queen.”
