Olivia Olson, Broadcasting Lead Editor
Olivia Olson is a Senior Lead Editor for the broadcasting team. She first got into journalism because it seemed fun and she loved the “creativity and freedom in it.” Olson said the best part is “the people and the team.” Her favorite memories are from last year when she got to film with Addie. They filmed “anything and everything” because it was so enjoyable for them to work together.
Outside of journalism, she enjoys reading, dancing, and being outside. Through her 4 years at Atlantic High School, she has been involved in band, choir, show choir, journalism, volleyball, manager for girls basketball, AHS Fuel, track and field, NHS, and Quill and Scroll. Her favorite of those is track and field. She has one older sister. Olson plans to go to a four-year University and go in as an undecided major.

BoboyJr. Wallipy, Staff Writer
Sophomore Boboy Wallipy is an engaged journalist for the AHS community. He takes pictures throughout the school, during sports events, and writes stories to capture what is going on in Atlantic. In Wallipy’s free time, he enjoys the adventure to other classes to take pictures, capturing moments in teaching as well as learning. He joined Journalism to further explore something that he enjoys and to share it with those around him.
Activities and extracurriculars that Wallipy enjoys are sports with friends and reading. To help manage school, Wallipy reads books to better himself for English class. As his love for reading continues to grow, so does his love for basketball and football. These sports have pushed him beyond his limits and have helped him grow as a person on and off the field/court. He hopes to continue to excel at basketball and football as he plans to make the Varsity team for both.
