AHS Sophomore Kaydee Pedersen is a journalist for AHS Journalism. This is Pedersen’s first year. “I like taking pictures because you can always capture the action and always see the emotion or movement in the picture. It’s just really relaxing,” she said. Pedersen joined journalism because she wanted to become more involved in the school. “Taking pictures allows me to go to more activities and I hope it makes me more social,” she said.
If you can’t find Pedersen in the halls she’s either hanging out with friends or at archery. Pedersen has done archery for 5 years, and really enjoys it. “I hate not having enough to do,” she said. She also likes to watch Netflix while she is at home.
After high school, Pedersen wants to go into veterinary science. At the moment, she doesn’t know where she wants to go to college.
