Aubrey Welsh, Staff Writer
AHS sophomore Aubrey Welsh is a staff writer for Journalism. This is her first year as part of the department. She became interested in Journalism “to find new better ways to take pictures and to learn how to write even better stories.” She met (adviser) Berryhill her freshman year and never before had a class with her but her friends convinced her she would enjoy it. Journalism isn’t the only extracurricular Aubrey is involved in. She’s also involved with band and said, “ I love taking pictures for musicals. I love getting that behind the scenes shots.” Even out of school her busy schedule follows she will most likely be seen at Dance Atlantic. Where Aubrey has been dancing since she was around 3 years old “It’s one of my biggest passions.” You will also see her working during the summer at Louie's shaved ice or swimming at our local pool with friends.
