The Boy’s Basketball team this year consists of 28 players. They have two returning varsity starters, Gavin McLaren, and Hudson McLaren. Some of their goals for the season are to finish in the top 4 of their conference. They want to develop the players in a way that encourages competition, accountability, and self-confidence. The coaches have high expectations for all of the players. Coach Franken said, “Gavin McLaren, Kinnick Juhl, and Shelton Mualia are 3 of our Varsity players that I expect to be key contributors for us on the offensive & defensive ends of the floor. If they bring great energy and effort to practice every day and the rest of our team matches it, we will put ourselves in position to have a very successful season.”
