Molly Harris
Molly Harris, Yearbook
Molly Harris is a 17-year-old junior involved in Journalism at AHS. Harris joined journalism because it’s “kind of like a family tradition.” She has always been interested in journalism and taking pictures. Harris said journalism is “like a puzzle.” Harris said it’s “cool to develop new connections.” She has published five stories, her favorite one being “Choose-your-own adventure” because she put in so much time and effort. A few things Harris likes about journalism are you get creative liberty and you get to express yourself. “You get into your own niche,” Harris said. She is also involved in dance, speech and debate, International Club, Girl Scouts, band, and many art classes. Harris takes many art classes because she enjoys things involving art. In band Harris plays percussion. Harris is helping build a toy library for the Anita Beach. Others would describe her as caring, loyal, kind, and a little all over the place. Harris would love to go to the British Columbia University and major in film directing and producing. Story by Cayleigh Sarsfield
