Everyone loves to go on vacation and some people have places they have always dream of going. Everyone has different reasons they want to go to these destinations, it could be, the food, views, beaches, culture, and so much more.
Number 1. Greece
Jaydin Nowatske wants to visit Greece because she loves the warm weather. She wants to visit one of the resorts that have a “bunch of different pools”. Dane Wiederstein also wants to visit Greece to experience the culture and enjoy the different types of food and “the beautiful views.” Aubrey Winford also wants to go to Greece to experience the beauty of the country, she said that Greece is where she wants to get proposed to because it is “so romantic.” Stellah Van Aernam would also like to go to Greece, she heard about it from her uncle and he said that she would enjoy it. While she’s there she would like to stay in the “little” houses and go mountain climbing. Lastly, Ellie Butler would also like to visit Greece because she has seen it all over TikTok and said “It looks like such a cool place,” she said she really wants to try the food and go to as many different beaches as she can.
Number 2. Japan
AK Hartman would like to go to Japan to try the different types of food . He said Japan is such a beautiful place and is very tropical, and he wants to experience the unique culture of the country.
Number 3. Jamaica
Kenzie Jensen said her dream vacation would be to Jamaica because she want to go to the beaches and tan all day, she would also like to learn about the culture of the country.
Number 4. Bora Bora
Gracie DeArment wants to visit Bora Bora because she wants to see the clear ocean water and swim in it. She said this is her dream vacation because “it is so pretty there.”
Number 5. Hawaii
Alicia Arnold wants to visit Hawaii because she wants to go to the beach, enjoy the food, and experience the different cultures.
Number 6. Philippines
Jessica Bacariza wants to go to the Philippines because that is where she is from and she has family there she wants to see She “loves the weather there, especially during the summer,” and she wants to go island hopping and visit the beautiful island of Congo.
Number 7. Ireland
Rebecca Wallace want to go to Ireland because she wants to visit the historical places and experience the country’s culture and experience its beauty.
Number is 8. India
Sophie Johnson wants to go to India because she did a project in elementary school about it and she has always wanted to visit the country after researching about it. She wants to experience the food, culture, and sightseeing.
Number 9. Tahiti
Jersey Green would like to visit Tahiti because it is such a beautiful environment, it has many beaches, different tyes of animals, waterfalls and lagoons. If she went to Tahiti she would want to go “snorkeling, and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of the people.”
Number 10. Minnesota
Dean Cook would like to visit Minnesota because there are “many beautiful sites to see.” He said he would take a camera, headphones, and a book, “find somewhere to get cozy, and enjoy the view.”
Whether it is a beautiful beach, delicious food, or unique culture, everyone loves to experience different places, even if its a different state, a new country, or even a whole continent. Everyone wants to experience something different and people have different bucket lists. After looking at the list of places our AHS students and staff would like to visit I think its safe to say one of the most common dream destinations is Greece, this might be because of the beautiful views or maybe the culture, you can experience so many different things in one country and thats what draws people to a destination.
