Payton Burg, JP Student
Payton Burg is a sophomore staff writer for the Needle, joining the beginning of her sophomore year. She initially joined because her sister Taylor Burg, whom she looks up to, told her that it would be fun. Payton is most proud of her work on her NWEA story with Alix Nath, enjoying it because she thought it was interesting to find out why we take the tests. She wants to continue her momentum by doing social media for The Needle. “[Social media] interests me and I feel like it would be fun.”
Payton works at Dance Atlantic, does Football Cheer, Track, and loves Dance, specifically hip-hop or jazz, “because they’re upbeat and get me moving.”
