Have you ever wanted to stick your your fingers into the mind of serial killer? In room 303 English teacher Emma Bireline holds a class during the A-O period every Friday dedicated to true crime.

“This is a student-led group,” Bireline said. Learning about what other students know about true crime is her main focus. They find someone new to talk about every week they meet.

“During my eighth hour study hall, we started talking about some true crime podcasts. By the end of the study hall, we had such a big group I thought we should make it into an A-O class,” Bireline said.

This class has been a huge hit and just keeps growing. There are many students that are crazy about true crime in Atlantic High School and want to to learn more about it. The true crime A-O is open to students in all grades.
