Colton Mudd is an Atlantic native. He has one brother Cody and two sisters Kaitlyn and Kallee. His friends and family have impacted his life because “they help me with everything.” Mudd can often be found in the woods, near the water or any place outdoors. “I spend all my free time hunting and fishing with friends,” Mudd said. After shooting his first deer, he has been “hooked ever since.”

One of Mudd’s favorite high school memories is when the wrestling team made it to State Duels. Mudd has been involved in wrestling during all four years of high school and also wrestled as a young boy.

When he was younger, Mudd wanted to be a professional hunter or fisherman. “Then I could spend every day of my life doing what I love,” Mudd said. After high school, he is going to attend South Dakota State University to study fisheries. Mudd thanks his friends and family for all of the help and support they have given him throughout the years.
