Recently, the 2015-2016 Student Council officers were elected. Current president senior Jennifer Hohenberger will be passing the responsibilities to next years president junior Laeni Pelzer on April 22 in the multipurpose room.

The other new officers who were elected are vice president junior Sarah McCance, secretary sophomore Tori Krogh, parliamentarian junior Clayton Saeugling, historian junior Kennedy Lauridsen, and treasurer sophomore Emily Hohenberger. They will also be inducted on April 22.

These leadership roles also have some responsibilities. The president holds the meetings, plans events, and makes sure things run smoothly. The vice president helps the president with all of the activities. The secretary keeps track of who is at meetings and writes everything down. The parliamentarian make sure everyone follows proper procedures. The historian takes pictures of events and keeps a scrapbook of all the pictures. And finally, the treasure keeps track of all the money raised or donated.
