Payton Fewson, Staff Writer
Staff writer Payton Fewson is a senior at AHS. Fewson’s favorite thing to do in journalism is broadcasting. He is returning after one semester of journalism during his sophomore year. Fewson's favorite assignment during Intro to Journalism was his photo project in which he went around town and took pictures of nature.
Fewson has also been involved in football, wrestling, baseball, and golf. Football is his favorite sport because he likes playing as a team and with all of his friends. Fewson’s favorite memory was qualifying for State his senior year and being the first Atlantic football team to do it in 18 years.
In Fewson’s free time he likes to hang out with friends and go out to eat in the city. Occasionally Fewson will go fishing with his friends during the summer. Something that people might not know about Fewson is that he hasn’t always lived in Atlantic. Fewson moved from Clarinda to Atlantic in fifth grade.
