Senior Gracie DeArment is one of the editors for the AHS yearbook. This year so far, she has done the student section page, junior varsity and varsity boys basketball page, cheerleading page, and the pink out page. DeArment first joined journalism because her sisters had done it prior, and they only had good things to say about it. One of her favorite memories was getting to do the cheerleading page last year because she got to make it while being a part of cheerleading. DeArment´s favorite part of journalism is when all of the yearbooks arrive, and she gets to see them for the first time.

Throughout high school, DeArment was involved in cheerleading, basketball management, and dance. While outside of school, she loves to hang out with her friends, tan, get her nails done, work at the Atlantic Golf Country Club, and hang out with her puppy.
