Addison Freund, Broadcaster and Photographer
Addison Freund, a senior at AHS, is co-lead editor of “The Point,” AHSneedle’s official podcast. With her partner Ellie Butler, Freund conceptualizes and executes the bi-weekly show. Additionally, she provides feedback to the underclassmen who create “The Thread” podcasts.
Freund is known throughout the journalism department as a team player who will step in wherever needed: writing stories, posting socials, making posters, or anchoring news bits.
Next year she will be attending Iowa State University where she plans to major in secondary education.
