Tyler Petty’s favorite sport is soccer, although he has also participated in football, cross country, wrestling, archery and FFA. Cheering on the Trojans at Friday night football games and participating in the game of stealth throughout high school has been the highlight of his career.

After graduation, Petty plans to attend Tulsa School of Welding, then come back to Atlantic to get into the workforce. He is very proud of his welding skills, which he acquired in welding class. When he was younger, he aspired to be a fireman. In ten years, he hopes to have his own business and be successful.

Petty’s role model is his dad because he never gives up. “If he can’t do something, he finds another way.” He prides himself with making his parents proud. Going to a family reunion in South Dakota was his most memorable moment in his life.
