Haley Hensel has participated in choir. After high school, Hensel wants to attend Iowa Western to major in child care. She chose to get into child care after she babysat her cousins and little siblings for years. Hensel has 3 younger siblings, Dazia, Xavier, and Aunika. She lives at home with her mom, dad and other siblings.

Hensel said “Mr. Iekel has impacted me the most the past 4 years I’ve been here. He’s supported me with everything I chose to do.” Hensel is most proud of being able to graduate with her 2017 class this year. Hensel’s most memorable event was making new friends in classes. Hensel lived in Griswold when she was younger. “My favorite part of high school was definitely going to my first prom.” She wants people to remember her by being a nice, kind, friendly person.
