AHS Welcomes: Ryan Henderson
Weights/P.E. teacher Ryan Henderson required students to participate in the mile this school year.

Ryan Henderson is the new strength and conditioning teacher at AHS.
“I like that Atlantic is a town similar in size to my hometown of Spencer,” Mr. Henderson stated.
Some of his favorite things to do are golfing, boating, and biking. One of Mr. Henderson’s major goals is to get his students to enjoy strength and conditioning training in AHS.
