On Saturday, Jan. 2, the boys’ basketball team played the St. Albert Falcons for the second time this season.

After the first quarter the Trojans were ahead 11-9. By halftime the Trojans and the Falcons were tied 23-23.

By the end of the third quarter the Trojans were ahead once again, 44-31. The score at the end of the game was 64-46.

Senior Ryan Hawkins led the team with 25 points and 15 rebounds, sophomore Scott Leonard had 19 points and 9 rebounds, and junior Garrett Franken had 13 points, 5 rebounds, and 6 assists.

Tomorrow, Jan 5, the boy’s and girl’s basketball teams take on the Harlan Cyclones. The boy’s play at home, and the girl’s are away. The theme for the game is Superhero.
