Zane Berg

Zane Berg

Junior Zane Berg is a staff writer for AHS Needle. His favorite part of journalism is writing opinion articles and taking pictures for the yearbook. Although this is only his second semester in the class, he is already looking forward to being able to make comedy skits for Eye of the Needle.

Berg is involved in cross country, track and field, and archery. His favorite activities outside of school are running, reading, and practicing archery. In his ideal day, he would wake up around 7 am, do chores, then go for a run. To end the day he would want to play video games and relax.

He looks up to his parents and fellow athletes because he is always trying to improve and elevate his skills. Journalism is playing an important part in Berg’s career. He said journalism class has “made me more skeptical of the journalism world than I already was.”
