Elijah Deets, JP Student
Rain drop, drop top, life can be a flop, but that doesn’t stop journalism production student sophomore Elijah Deets. This busy bee consumes two to three lemon drops each week during JP. His favorite part of journalism is writing stories people read, share, and “maybe even enjoy.” He is looking forward to work on larger projects such as the yearbook or the Eye of the Needle. His favorite animal is the grizzly bear and his favorite song is “Would?” by Alice in Chains because it’s “90s rock at its finest.” Elijah Deets plans to attend UNI to become a teacher after high school.
