Dirt, mud, and blisters are something you would associate with senior Stephanie Sandbothe.  Her favorite pastime was to ride dirtbikes and fourwheelers.

Sandbothe lives on a farm and has over 100 cattle, three rabbits, a dog Roxy, and lot of cats. She said living on a farm is “way better than living in town because there is much more to do.” With living on the farm comes many fun weekends in the wooded trails they have on their acreage. Sandbothe loves to go dirtbike and fourwheeler racing with her friends. She also likes the thrill of going through the trails. She said she will remember many of the memories when she goes to college.

Sandbothe was also very active in track her freshman year and basketball her freshman through junior year. She was a part of the distance medley team that made it to state in 2014, her freshman year. Sandbothe, as well as the track team, was a part of the basketball team. She said, “basketball is full of a lot of fun moments I have had in high school.”  She liked being with her friends and the overall fun she had in basketball.

Sandbothe took a trip to Costa Rica over the summer before senior year.  She said, “it was my favorite high school memory.” She liked all the fun activities they had, like zip lining. Sandbothe as well has a love for helping others. Although she doesn’t know where she wants to attend college, Sandbothe has a love for helping people which has driven her desire to become an ER Nurse Practitioner.
