After receiving a superior one rating at last year’s state jazz band competition, this year’s band has high expectations.

There are 19 students who will be performing on stage tomorrow at 11:30 a.m. here at Atlantic. They will perform “Pickles,” “I Hope In Time A Change Will Come” and “Trofeo de Bolos.”

Band director Jarrod O’Donnell hopes to earn a one again at this year’s state jazz competition. “We have a really great group of kids, we just have to make sure we are on our a game.”
