Jordis Moss, JP Staff
At first, journalism was just another credit for sophomore Jordis Moss. But over the course of the school year, a new appreciation for the class grew on her. “I really like Berryhill’s style of teaching, and she has a relaxing voice. I know she’ll always be there for me, too.” She likes to take pictures and write captions and is proud of her wrestling slideshow. “The topics interest me and keep me working.”
Moss is not all schoolwork though, as she is passionate about her job and work ethic, being there for her friends, and appreciating nature. “I like nature because it makes me feel free. I can go outside, listen to music, and just calm down.”
Just like nature is there for her, Moss wants to “always be there for my friends.” Joking around, hanging out, and driving around with friends are all activities Moss can be found doing. She can also be seen at the Anita Nursing Home helping those in need. “When I’m helping them out, their smiles and thank you’s make my day.”
