Senior Aliyah Williams is the lead editor for the TikTok social media of AHS Needle. She first started journalism because she had Mrs. Berryhill in her freshman year, and Williams loved her. Along with that, she also thought being the “face” of something was cool and interesting, which led her to join journalism. Her favorite part of journalism is that it allows you to interact with new people every day, which is something unique to journalism. The best memory she had from journalism was painting the ceiling tiles, easily being a “top 5” for her, because every ceiling tile represents a different person.

Throughout high school, Williams has been involved in other clubs, such as student council, executive council, AHS Fuel, and Spanish club. Williams was also involved in volleyball, track and field, cheerleading, and soccer. Outside of high school, she dances recreationally and dances for the competition team at Dance Atlantic.
