Obviously, They’re Busy

Listen, we all have priorities in life. But what gives you the right to shove yourself to the top of somebody else’s agenda? I see this when students will either shout a teacher’s name across the room or stand suffocatingly close to them, often when the teacher’s very obviously occupied. I experience this issue too; I don’t like to drop what I’m doing to appeal to someone else’s plans. It’s rude and nobody will want to help you anymore. Be resourceful, patient, and realize that the world doesn’t revolve around you. We’ll get to you when we have the time.
