Lunch Periods Should Be Longer
I think the lunch period should be longer. What if you are late? What if it’s a Wednesday? I believe lunch should be given time to enjoy food, not scarf it down within 25 minutes. And that’s if you get to the front of the extremely long lunch line. But you have to stand in line for about 8 minutes if you’re in the back. Plus, for athletes that eat school lunch, their digestive system probably won’t be able to digest it before practice. Unless they have an extremely productive metabolism, they can’t even properly chew their food before the bell rings.
