Mental Health is Important as Physical Health

Mental health days should be as important as physical health. One in four people struggle with some type of mental health and it’s the second deadliest disease in the world. Oftentimes, physical health is glorified more than mental health. Mental health is a key component when you do any task in your daily life. When you are struggling with mental health, you don’t have the motivation to do many activities that you would usually do in your daily routine. This would allow you not to be able to be productive throughout the regular day and ending up being mentally exhausted.
