New Hope Bargain Shoppes supports New Hope’s mission of enriching the quality of life for individuals with disabilities, according to their website https://newhopevillage.org/. Additionally, “They can serve as training sites for New Hope’s Employment Resources Program.” The Bargain Shoppes are thrift stores, highly dependent on generous donations and countless volunteer hours. “100% of the proceeds from all of the stores are reinvested into the New Hope organization and in supporting the individuals New Hope supports.”

The Atlantic store opened on November 16, 2022. New Hope is open Tuesday through Friday from 10 a.m. – 7 p.m. They are also open during the weekend from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Atlantic High School senior Josephine Sorensen only had positive feedback about her experiences at the new thrift store. Sorensen states “It looks clean compared to other thrift stores I’ve been in. It’s my favorite thrift store in town.”
