Day Four: Yet Another Cinderella Story But This Time It’s Christmas
There’s so many of those “Cinderella Story” movies, I am definitely not surprised that there’s a Christmas-themed one. It’s called, “A Cinderella Story: Christmas Wish.” It stars “Austin & Ally” actress Laura Morano, along with “Runaways” actor Gregg Sulkin. I will admit, when I first started watching this movie, I actually thought Sulkin was Robert Pattinson from “Twilight.”
Anyway, this movie was definitely not my favorite holiday film. It was just too predictable, which is what I get for watching a movie with “A Cinderella Story” in the title, right? Right. This movie was also just so not my type of movie. I even knew that before I watched it, but I watched it anyway. It was your typical boy-meets-girl in embarrassing way, boy-meets-girl later in less-embarrassing way but don’t know who the other is, and boy falls for girl, girl falls for boy. Bam. The entire plot in 34 words. When they met the first time, it was embarrassing for the girl, but the second time it was a like how no one knows Superman is Clark Kent. I will say it has some pretty entertaining lines, jokes, and scenes that may be worth giving this movie a watch.
This movie is available on Netflix.
