Kylie Neal
Kylie Neal's favorite part about journalism is taking pictures and playing a role in creating the yearbook.  Last summer, Neal attended journalism camp to stretch her skills. She said, “I enjoyed going to the Media Now camp at Drake University with Hana (Holtz), Erin (Wendt) and Ashley (Wendt). It was super fun and we learned a lot about how to make our news production better." Neal likes the journalism field trips throughout the year. "We come back with lots of silly memories,” she said.  Neal is in AHS Fuel, National Honor Society, and serves as a wrestling manager. Outside of journalism and school, she is a gymnastics coach for Salute Gymnastics. She enjoys  spending time with the little kids. She also tries to hang out with friends in her free time as well. Neal is already making plans for after high school. “I would like to go to college and major in elementary education, maybe minor in Spanish,” she said.
