As the 2010 season comes to a close, the AHS Trojanns have advanced as a team to the State meet. The Trojanns’ lead runner, junior Ali Krogman, had a good race coming in third at the Boone competition held Thursday, Oct. 21. Ali’s sister, freshman Lauren Krogman, came in second for the Trojanns followed by senior Christy Stevens. Senior Emily Hixson and freshman Liz Siggins were the fourth and fifth Atlantic runners. Trojanns took second place as a team, which advances them to the State meet at Fort Dodge on Oct. 30.
The Trojan boys finished 12 out of 13 teams at the district meet.
