Buses Instead of Blizzards

Why can’t there be free buses to take students to and from school? Why do we have to pay people to take us to school? Not everyone has a car and not everyone lives in the country. Some people don’t have parents or guardians to take them. Or they don’t have money to pay the bus company and you expect us to walk home while freezing cold and it is blizzarding. Then we get in trouble for not making it on time for school. If you want us on time, then at least help us out and get us buses.
