Girls golf advance to regionals

The Atlantic Trojann golf team hosted regional golf action Monday, May 16. The Trojanns qualified for the second round of regionals after a second place finish with 376 strokes. The Trojanns finished second to ADM (366). Freshman Brooke Fletcher led the girls with a 90, good enough for a fourth place finish.

With the second place finish, the Trojanns advance to the second round of regionals in Winterset Monday, May 23. The top two teams at the second round of regionals qualify for the state meet May 31 and June 1.
