It all started when three students got together and decided to start a band. Junior Harrison Richter and Senior Nick Barry as vocalists, Senior Chase Jones on lead guitar, and Sophomore Jackson Wickman on the drum set together make up the hard core metal band known as Hey, Belle.

The three students got together a month ago and decided it would be a good idea to combine their musical stylings to create the new band. Since the beginning, the band has been growing.  Just recently they had their first band practice at Wickman’s house. There they came up with the band name and 2 songs, Down by the Bay and Mason Jar Fetus.

When asked to describe the sound of the band, Jones stated, “It gets the girls going!” Richter also states when being asked what his favorite thing about being in the band was, “The honey dips.”

The band plans on having their first show around Halloween but the date is still undecided with further information to come.
