The Atlantic Trojans qualified for the State Dual Team Tournament next Wednesday (Feb. 15) at Wells Fargo Arena in Des Moines. This is the third time the Trojans have made it to state in the past four years.

The Trojans will be the six-seed in the eight-team field in Class 2A. The squad will match up against Denver-Tripoli in the first round. (CLICK HERE for a complete bracket)

Atlantic advanced to the state tournament with wins over North Polk and South Central Calhoun on Tuesday night.  The Trojans defeated North Polk 52-15 and South Central Calhoun 47-27.
