By Liz GuttenfelderVoting for the 2012 prom theme will take place on Tuesday, Jan. 24 in the entrance of the auditorium. Juniors will be voting on five different themes: Time Travel, Through the Decades, Around the World, Las Vegas, and Night on a Cruise Ship.
According to prom sponsor Pat Wiederien, voting results “should be [known] Tuesday night or Wednesday morning first thing.”
Senior Ryan McDermott commented on which idea he hopes wins saying, “Vegas, because I like the whole feel of it.”
Junior Noah Welter said, “Through the Decades because it would show us our past history through the years.”
Senior Taylor Barry said, “Through the Decades because it’s the only one that sounds appealing to me.”
