Drake Roller is planning on serving our country; he was sworn into the Marines October 4, 2016, but before the senior looks toward serving our country, his focus is on the wrestling mat.

Roller was a state qualifier back in 2015, but fell just one spot short of getting back to Wells Fargo Arena. He is determined not only to get back to the tournament, but win it. Roller will also be hoping to capture his 100th win this season, which will put him into an elite group for the Trojans.

After high school, Roller will join the men and woman of the armed forces. He bounced back and forth between the Army and Marines, but ended up choosing the Marines. Looking down the road, he felt what the Marines had to offer would better benefit him. Roller will be in the Combat Support for the marines either driving an armored truck, or in a tank as a gunner.
