Sydney Redler is the daughter of Mike Redler and Hayley Button. Redler has participated in swim team, volleyball, track, cross country and tennis throughout high school. Her favorite high school memory was “teachers always sneaking me coffee from the teacher’s lounge”, Redler said.  After high school she plans on moving away and enjoying life while furthering her education to become a tattoo artist. When deciding on her profession, she took what she was good at and went from there. When Redler was younger all she wanted to be was “rich and famous.”

Throughout her high schools years, Grace Jacob her best friend, had been the most influential person to her.  Mr. Upchurch had the most impact on her as a teacher while at AHS because “he was a really good teacher with a gift.” Redlers biggest role model is Aretha Franklin because she is “bad-ass.”

Redler has two brothers, Jake and Karsten. She also has two cats, Jimmy and Duct Tape. Redlers top three favorite books are “Perfume”, “Unbroken”, and “I Hunt Killers Trilogy.” Coffee makes her the most happy and never fails to make her day. Redler is most proud of her brother Jake. She would like to be remembered for her witty personality. In ten years, she hopes her life will be stress free with a nice income.

If Redler had a “do over” in life, she would go back and start learning different languages at a really young age. She would also buy everything that her friends and family would ever need if she were to win the lottery. If she was to have a superpower, it would be the ability to understand all languages
