On Tuesday, May 2, the boys’ and girls’ tennis teams played the Lewis Central Titans. The girl’s lost 0-9, and the boy’s won 9-0.

In singles, number one senior Jena Brosam lost 0-8, junior Heather Freund lost 1-8, senior Carly Westphalen lost in tie break 8-9, freshman Emma Templeton lost 1-8, senior Ashley Freund lost 3-8, and senior Alexis Boes lost 1-8.

In doubles the number one duo of Brosam and H. Freund lost 2-8, H. Westphalen and Templeton lost 6-8, and freshman Chloe Davis and A. Freund lost 1-8.

For the boy’s, number one junior Grant Podhajsky won 8-0, junior Cooper McDermott won 8-0, number three junior Luke Hohenberger won 8-2, freshman Nile Petersen won 8-0, junior Kalob Flory won 8-1, and senior Caleb Williams won 8-1.

In doubles Podhajsky and McDermott won 8-3, Petersen and Hohenberger won 8-0, and Flory and Williams won 8-1.
