The annual lunch games are here! AHS Homecoming has traditionally included lunchtime competitions between the grades. The lunch games include students from each grade to fight for the win. Students participate in games during lunch to earn spirit points. The games will be played Monday,Tuesday and Thursday during A and B lunch.

Monday’s game was Angry Birds. Students threw beanbags at water bottles on tables. Matt Smith, CJ Richards and Seth Shulte are some of the participants of the A lunch games. Junior Zach Brooks says, “The game was pretty intense. The lunch room was rowdy and we were all into the games.” The juniors won the first round of games. Skyler Svoboda, Logan Nelson and Tyler Christensen were participants of the B lunch games. The sophomores had to forfeit because no one would step up and compete. Svoboda won Angry Birds which made the juniors winners of both games for Monday!  Check back for results of the rest of the week’s lunch games!
