Frost on the roads caused icy driving conditions this morning. Today, two cars were spotted in the ditch on the north side of Highway 83, on the curve just east of the Ehk-Horn road. The first one was a blue car. It was right side up with the blinkers still going. The other was on its roof with the back end up the embankment. It is a grey car. The vehicles were approximately 100 feet from each other. Pictures were taken by journalist Emily Mitchell.
Another wreck claimed the lives of four people this morning due to the icy conditions in Waterloo, Nebraska.
